Sunset, Manhattan Beach. I painted a little alley surrounded by nice houses with a beautiful oceanic view. But the parking situation wasn't friendly at all. A view from Buena Vista Park in Burbank near Forest Lawn. I am not a great fan of this house itself, but I like how it is located right below the hill and next to LA River.
